Return Shipping Costs & Address 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 48 hours after the product is delivered for a return goods authorization and further instructions. No returns are accepted without prior authorization, and items must be unused and in their original condition. All packaging and packing materials must be returned. Charges will be incurred by the customer if products must be restored to their original condition at our facility or if accessories or parts are not returned. “Special Order” and "Customized Product"items are non-returnable.

1. All shipping fees are at the customers expense. This includes shipping fees for a return or exchange. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

2. Please contact your local post office to confirm the actual return shipping fee. We recommend you use the cheapest registered airmail method that is available.
