GXB-1200 automatic bagging machine

The fully automatic bagging machine is widely used in various open-mouth bags to fully realize the automatic supply function of packaging bags. Different materials can be filled with different packaging, filling and weighing methods to meet the requirements.

GXB-1200 automatic bagging machine features:

 - This machine is widely applicable to all kinds of bags, film covered woven bags, kraft paper bags, envelope bags and heavy film bags, with a production capacity of up to 1200 bags per hour.

 - The stack bag warehouse is equipped with a vacuum detection system and a bag shortage alarm to ensure that there is no jam on the bag.

 - The whole process is equipped with negative pressure detection and unqualified bag identification system. If the bag is unqualified, the machine will automatically discard the bag; If the bag is not clamped, the weighing scale will not unload. The bag holding trolley is strengthened and controlled by servo motor to ensure that the bag mouth is in a shape, so that the bag can be controlled in the whole process.
